You'll enjoy over 4,000 sq. ft. of interior living space on three levels with adjoining multi-level decks, that make it easy to access the private dock.  On the main level, spend your evenings in our comfortably furnished Great Room, which adjoins the Kitchen and Dining Rooms.  Two leather couches, a chair and a half recliner, take relaxing to a new level. This home offers central air, heat, and 3 color televisions with VCR's and Satellite TV.  Fully equipped kitchen and a Dining Room that seats 8 with room for more at the breakfast bar.  The Corian Countertops enhance the beauty of the Cherry Cabinets.  Hardwood floors complement the stone fireplace and create an upscale lakefront retreat.

The home has four bedrooms and sleeps 14 comfortably.

• Lower Level Recreation Room has two couches, one of which pulls out to a Queen size bed, and one Futon.
• The upper-level loft has one Futon.

The lower level deck is screened and has a 5 man Jacuzzi, patio furniture, and is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.

A Gazebo sits prominently half way between the dock and the house, and is accessed by the network of decks, the ideal location for watching skiers, swimmers, or the sunset.

A swimming pool, tennis courts, 18-hole championship golf course, and two restaurants make Deerfield Resort the vacation destination of many water enthusiasts.

A Security Deposit of $500.00 is required to guarantee reservation.   This will be returned within 30 days after we receive the keys back.  There will be no deposit refund on a cancellation made within 90 days of the reserved time unless that time slot is filled.  Full payment for the rental amount is due 90 days before reserved date.  Keys will be sent after receiving payment.

Maximum number of guests - 14 Person(s) day or night: Your confirmation lists the maximum number of guests your reserved unit is designed to accommodate - this number includes children. We ask that you respect these guidelines the owners have set.  We must be very strict in enforcing these guidelines and should the actual numbers in the unit exceed the limit, you will be asked to leave the unit without refund.

Pets: While your pet may be an angel in your own home, strange surroundings may bring out the beast in him or her. Even with housebroken pets there remain other factors to consider such as noise, pet hair, fleas and allergies of unit owners and future guests. Therefore, we must be extremely strict in enforcing our "No Pets" policy. Pets found in or outside of rental will result in loss of reservation without a refund.
