Rental Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day Weekend) Summer Rates are weekly and include a Tennessee sales tax of 14.25% and the cleaning fee.  Three day minimum rentals are occasionally available, please contact the owner for more information at (937) 435-4748. $3,500 weekly rate (Sunday - Sunday) all inclusive.  $1,950 minimum three day rental all inclusive. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500.00 is required to guarantee reservation.   This will be returned within 30 days after we receive the keys back.  There will be no deposit refund on a cancellation made within 90 days of the reserved time unless that time slot is filled.  Full payment for the rental amount is due 90 days before reserved date.  Keys will be sent after receiving payment.
