We advise that you and your guest's respect our house rules. These
rules are to make your stay safe and fun and to also keep our home in
good condition.
Check In/Out - In 4:00
p.m./ Out 10:00 a.m.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE
Maximum number of
guests - 14 Person(s) day or night: Your
confirmation lists the maximum number of guests your reserved unit is
designed to accommodate - this number includes children. We ask that you
respect these guidelines the owners have set. We must be very
strict in enforcing these guidelines and should the actual numbers in
the unit exceed the limit, you will be asked to leave the unit without
refund.
Pets: While
your pet may be an angel in your own home, strange surroundings may
bring out the beast in him or her. Even with housebroken pets there
remain other factors to consider such as noise, pet hair, fleas and
allergies of unit owners and future guests. Therefore, we must be
extremely strict in enforcing our "No
Pets" policy.
Pets found in or outside of rental will result in loss of reservation
without a refund.
Trailer
Parking: Please do not park boat trailers at the
house. The driveway makes it difficult and unsafe. Please
park all trailers at the Deerfield Resort designated boat trailer area.
Passes are obtained at the Deerfield Rental Office and in accordance
with their guidelines.
Auto Parking:
Deerfield Resort does not allow parking on the streets. All
automobiles must be parked in the driveway. Extra cars can be
parked at the Deerfield Resort designated trailer area also. Every
auto must have a Gate Pass to enter the resort.
Hot Tub:
Showering before use will help keep the hot tub clean. Suntan
lotion and sweat from the sun will make the hot tub cloudy. There
is a maximum of 5 people at one time. Excessive splashing or over
capacity will cause the GFI breaker to shut the hot tub off.
Temperature is programmed at 100 - 102 degrees and if changed will
require reprogramming. If this happens, a maintenance charge will
be assessed.
Dock:
Please untie any ropes or bumpers that you may bring yourself and remove
all trash daily. NO WAKE in
the cove. Please be courteous to other boats tied to neighboring
docks by idling in and out of the cove, jet skis included.
Trash
Removal: All trash must be TIED
in garbage bags and put in front of the driveway at the top of the
hill. The trash removal service does charge extra for trash that
is not bagged. Please call Glen Riedel (Trash Removal):
423.562.8659 if you need a pickup.
Kitchen:
Please replace all kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets as
found. CAUTION: Please do not put boiling water or ice
directly into the sink or on the countertop because the extreme
temperature could crack the surface.
Gas Grill:
A lighter is provided in the kitchen. IMPORTANT
- PLEASE COVER grill after it has cooled. Rain in the
grill will make it hard to start and cause grease on the deck.

not disconnect or rearrange any wiring to or from the stereo.
Cleaning:

it in the condition you expect when you arrive. Please do not sit
on the leather couch with wet suits or suntan lotion on.

dock is prohibited and will be strictly enforced.
There is a guest book on the shelf in the
dining room where you can write about your vacation and comment on the
local restaurants and tours for other guests that visit. We enjoy
reading everyone's comments, and the guest book also lets us know how we
are doing.
Enjoy your visit and remember to call and
schedule your next visit. The earlier you schedule, the more dates
that will be available to you!
Thank you.
